Daniëlle is responsible for general organisation. She ensures that quotations are drawn up quickly and in accordance with customer requirements, as well as making sure that there’s delicious food for every occasion. She’s also the contact person when it comes to making the right agreements.

Martine is Daniëlle’s sister, and mostly deals with making her team feel comfortable. Her years of experience mean that she can always respond quickly to their specific needs.

Bart is Daniëlle’s husband, and he works behind the scenes in the kitchen.  He draws up the weekly menus and prepares the food each day, while also keeping in touch with suppliers and helping Daniëlle out with the general organisation.

During busy periods, we’re able to draw on our network of freelance colleagues.

We have a shared passion for delicious food, the urge to seek out new ingredients and appealing combinations, and rewarding cultures.  All this makes slaving away over a hot stove a little more exciting!
